Lexar Media, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Micron Technology, Inc., prides itself for having the most offerings of memory product lines in the industry. They deliver high-quality, award-winning products in every memory category including USB flash drives, all popular form factors of memory cards and card readers, DRAM computer memory for PCs and Mac systems, and solid-state drives (SSD).

Business Challenges

Most of Lexar’s business processes are done manually. This system has caused various issues with the entire supply chain including inventory, logistics, financials, and customer service support. Upgrades and automation are badly needed by the organization.

Other significant challenges posed by having multiple ERP systems include:
