Ashok sets the overall strategic direction for dotSolved — ensuring that our values, services, operational practices, resources and guiding principles work together to deliver superior value to our customers.

Prior to founding dotSolved, Ashok was the Program Manager for ZiLOG focused in the field of Business Applications. In his long career, he has worked in many roles - Developer, DBA, Analyst, Solutions Provider, and Project Manager.

Ashok directly leads dotSolved’s Oracle Practice, India Development Center and Business Process Re-Engineering Practice. 

Murali Rao, Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer

Murali has over 15 years of experience in the Information Technology industry. He adds value through his ability to forge relationships with the customers and through balancing the “big picture” perspective with relentless attention to detail.

For the last 10 years, Murali has been involved in dotSolved’s ERP and CRM practice. Murali is a specialist in the development, strategy and implementation of PeopleSoft applications. Murali has successfully engineered and orchestrated many PeopleSoft full-cycle implementations.

Murali directly heads dotSolved’s PeopleSoft Practice.

Hank Cramer, Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing

Hank has over 25 years of experience in the field of Information Technology with extensive knowledge in Computer Operations, Computer Programming, and Infrastructure Design. He has managed worldwide data-center operations for major corporations and implemented global Oracle and PeopleSoft installations.

He manages dotSolved’s client relations and new business strategy for sales and marketing.
