| Job description: |
Design, develop, implement, and maintain global infrastructure and systems in a mutlti-platform environment
Manage and maintain Linux and Windows based servers, Active Directory, desktop and development environments
Design, implement, and manage enterprise messaging platform
Responsibilities include application support, server farm operations support, proactive systems monitoring, daily operations development and implementation; Migration of data systems, operating systems, and applications
Proactively participates in ITIL incident, problem, service level and change management process and procedures
Create and develop technical documentation as required

| Requirements: |
- 3 yrs experience in Windows 2003 Active Directory, LDAP, or other X.500 directory services
- 3 yrs experience with MS Exchange 2003 administration
- Minimum 3 years experience in operation and management of enterprise class disaster recovery (3DR, VTL)
- Minimum 3 years experience with TCP/IP network and hosts
- Knowledge of Storage Area Networking including diskless booting
- Knowledge of Commvault or other enterprise backup system
- Experience with GPO, WMI/Powershell scripting
- Experience with Windows and Exchange 2007 clustering
- MCP, MCSA, MCSE (Windows 2003/2008 and Windows Active Directory) a plus
- Server platform certification or equivalent experience with HP, IBM equipment preferred
- EXCELLENT verbal and written English language communication skills
